The Market Place is a well established local company who offer Landlords and Tenants quality properties of a high standard in the Fylde Coast and Preston Areas.
Since 1996,The Market Place has been offering quality properties to professional tenants and are a specialised lettings company.
Our recently launched brand new website we feel is the best website around and highlights to our potential customers the quality of the properties we have to offer as well as featuring on the Rightmove website. We are also moving our business to new state of the art premises in 2007 which will offer potential tenants the option of viewing all our properties on a large flat screen TV.
From a landlords point of view, we can show your property to its full potential, which we feel is far greater than local advertising and we place a strong emphasis on internet advertising.
Our friendly and experienced staff have a vast ammount of experience in the rental sector of the market along with overseas house sales experience and local estate agency knowledge.

Meet The Team
Managing Director Peter Dobson.
Peter launched the Market Place over ten years ago after holding the position of Area Manager for lettings for a corporate Estate agents. He has over twelve years estate agency experience in addition to his lettings knowledge.
Lynn Dobson
Lynn has over twenty years administration experience in the Insurance business and as well as normal office duties looks after all maintenance issues and is responsible for payments.
Sarah Cox
Sarah has strong sales background having worked for large blue chip companies. Sarah is responsible for valuations and client liason.
Rachel Braithwaite
Rachel is a local girl who has a wealth of experience in Estate Agency in the Fylde area and is also responsible for client contact and valuations.
Leanne Hartwell
Recently joined the company, Leanne has sales experience and is responsible for customer liaison.
