Here at The Market Place, we take great pride in offering you one of our quality properties.

Unfortunately, we do not accept applications from clients who are in receipt of Housing Benefit payments.

Once you have viewed one of our properties which you are interested in, you need to contact our office and complete application forms.

Each person who will be residing at the property irrespective of man/wife and who is over the age of eighteen must complete a form.

When you apply for a property, you have to pay an Adminstration Fee of £95.00. Please note this is per property and not per individual and secures the property as well as covering our Adminstration costs.

The property will then be held for you whilst we carry out various checks etc.

We require the following to process an application, all of which need to be written and in the case of employers references need to be presented on letter headed paper:

• Employers References
• Previous Landlords References (if applicable)
• Personal References
• Photo ID (i.e. Drivers license or Passport ID)
• Credit checks will also be carried out

On the agreed date, you will be required to come into our offices to complete all the relevant paperwork and we will then release the keys to you.

All occupants will need to sign the Tenancy Agreement, copies of the Inventory, a standing order for future rental payments, and pay one months rent in advance along with a bond equivalent to the monthly rent. This can be paid in cash, by Building Society cheque or bankers draft.
NB: Please note we do not accept initial payment by personal cheque unless received at least Five working days before the Tennacy start date.
