Why apply with us?

Our application process is quick and simple:

1. If you wish to move into a property its £100 admin fee (none refundable if you are denied a property due to non declared credit history). Please note if a guarantor is required to support your application a further fee of £30 is applicable.
2. Anybody over the age of 18 must fill in an application form, from this we send for employers reference, personal reference and if applicable landlords reference
3. Once all is received we book in your preferred move in date
4. On the day of move in you pay one months rent and bond (bond is equivalent to one months rent)

Maintenance issues aim to be dealt within 24 hours of your first call

Minimum period 6 months Tenancy Agreement
