Tenant Services

We ONLY Accept properties onto our Rentals Register that we consider to be of a high standard of décor and cleanliness - we would not WASTE YOUR TIME by advertising substandard properties.

What terms and conditions apply to a Tenant using the Market Place?

• Please note all properties require one months rent (in advance).
• A deposit of the same amount as the rent.
• We require written references from your employer, landlord and a character reference.
• All Tenancies are for a minimum period of six months.
• An Administration Fee of £95 is payable on application.
• This fee is non refundable should you not proceed or if you have any adverse credit history.

N.B. The Market Place does not accept applicants who are in receipt of Housing Benefits

Landlord Services

The Market Place deals with Relocation Companies worldwide, we are Letting Specialists, handling rental Properties only. We operate predominantly in the Fylde and Preston area, and deal exclusively with professional lettings. Our philosophy is :

Our Fee Structure

As a company, we offer you, the client, two options : 

Self Management

One months rent (+VAT). The fee is payable at the outset of the tenancy. This is a fully inclusive fee, and no further charges are made unless we are re-instructed at the end of the tenancy. 

Fully Managed Service

One months rent , (inclusive of VAT) per six month tenancy. (e.g. Over a twelve month period, our fee is paid twice).

We are proud to be associated members of The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and a memeber of the Property Ombudsman Scheme for Lettings as well as members of UKALA.
